At No Name Architects we believe that projects offering the greatest opportunity for success--not only for ourselves, but for all involved parties--are those combining talent, experience, teamwork and effective communication by all members of the design and construction team. Over the years, we've had a great deal of success utilizing a collaborative, team-based approach towards the design and construction of our projects, rather than the more adversarial (and sometimes confrontational) situations which can result from the differing roles and responsibilities carried out by the Architect and Contractor.
Our approach is based on the belief that mutual respect and understanding between the design and construction team members enhances opportunities for all of us to provide the best product at the greatest value for our clients. By combining our collective experience and working together toward this common goal, we can assist each other in terms of building strong, healthy and long-lasting relationships with each of our clients, in addition to breathtakingly beautiful homes for them.
In some cases, our clients may already have chosen a General Contractor before hiring our design firm. In other instances, we will provide assistance in identifying, interviewing and selecting the right builder for a client's new home. With either of these scenarios, we contract directly with our client for professional design services--not in conjunction or associated with the Contractor--in order to maintain a purposeful distinction and separation between our own responsibilities (project design) and those responsibilities of the Contractor (construction).
One of the primary benefits our smaller-sized firm provides to clients is personalized service by the Principal Architect--Dave Argo--on all of our projects. In fact, our consistency in rendering a high level of professional service to each of our clients is one of our strongest assets and the cornerstone of our commitment toward client satisfaction.
